This qualification allows you to work as part of a team or an individual on civil construction sites performing tasks involving the application of significant judgement in planning and determining the selection of equipment/roles/techniques for yourself and others. You will be able to display the ability to develop site specific work instructions and practices to ensure the implementation of site management systems, plans and policies whilst demonstrating a range of technical, managerial, coordination and planning skills.
